How do I make an Appointment?
Please call Mr. Benson’s office at 903-893-7600, or visit the Contact Page to e-mail Mr. Benson’s office.
What are your office hours?
Mr. Benson meets with clients from 8:30-5:30 Monday through Thursday, and 8:30-1:00 on Fridays. If you cannot meet during those times, Mr. Benson will schedule appointments at night or on weekends to accommodate your needs.
So, do I even need a Will?
Most people need a Will or other estate planning device to pass on their property when they die. At a minimum, you need to at least meet with Mr. Benson to learn more.
My parents are in a nursing home and can’t visit your office. Can you help?
Mr. Benson is happy to travel to meet clients when necessary to take care of their needs. Contact his office today to set up an appointment.
I’d like to buy some land and I’ve never done this before. I’m lost, can you help?
Of course! Mr. Benson has experience handling several large real estate transactions and can walk you through the process from beginning to end.
My best friend and I are starting a new business. What should we do?
The very first thing you should do is sit down with Mr. Benson and discuss your plan for your new business. Being proactive in meeting with a business lawyer can save you from serious problems down the road.
