WHO WE ARE
A licensed Texas attorney since 2003, Brock enjoys working on a collaborative basis with clients to help them answer questions, solve legal problems, and, if necessary, navigate the litigation process. Brock seeks to deliver to each of his clients the sophisticated legal work they desire, with the personal attention they deserve. The firm’s principal office is in Sherman, Texas, and Brock practices throughout the State of Texas, with an emphasis on Grayson County and the North Texas area.
Brock is a 2000 graduate of Wake Forest University with a B.A. in History and a Minor in Spanish, and a 2003 graduate of the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. From 2004- 2006, Brock served as a judicial law clerk to Senior United States District Judge Paul Brown, who served the Eastern District of Texas in Sherman, Texas. Brock is a graduate of Sherman High School and a life-long resident of the city of Sherman where growing up, he played baseball and earned the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.
Brock has a particular interest in land conservation and wildlife resource management issues, which gives him a unique perspective on rural real estate transactions. Brock and his wife, Pennie, have a son and twin daughters. The Benson family are members of Legacy Bible Church in Sherman.
